Very quick and efficient at a good price

Great tradesman. Left an initial quote with detailed explanation of the work required - rather than just a simple price. Made the effort to come out and see the job (unlike some quotes which were basically speculation) and got in touch straight away with the details. And despite the attention to detail, all very reasonable. Despite waiting 3 or 4 months to act on the quote, the original figure was maintained and carried out in less time than originally expected. Absolutely happy with the work and would definitely recommend Tommy to anyone else.

Tommy was exceptionally helpful, punctual and clearly understood our type of property well. He made every effort to answer our questions and get to the bottom of the problem, and explained that we will have to wait until cooler/wetter weather to investigate it well/fully. I hired Tommy to do full exterior paint job - fascia, sofits, walls, pipepwrk. Tommy kept in regular contact throughout the job. His quote was very reasonable and when he realised the job was going to be bigger than expected he kept to the original agreed price. I think that was really decent of him. I was away while he did the work but came home to find the house transformed. It looks great and I will definitely be contacting him again for any future jobs. Tommy is what I would call an old fashioned tradesman which means he turns up when he says he will and does a really good job for the agreed price! He explained to me exactly what needed done and we agreed a keen price - on completion the work was everything I had hoped for so I am very pleased and would recommend Tommy without hesitation.

Scotia have just finished installing a damp proof course in our basement flat and we would highly recommend the guys' services. Tommy's quote was extremely competitive (considerably less that some of the larger companies) and we are really pleased with the work he completed. He even did some extra bits of plastering and left us some spare materials at no extra charge. Tommy gave us a full breakdown of the works included in his quote which was really helpful. He arrived when he said he would and he got the job finished on time leaving the place clean and tidy.The guys were extremely pleasant and professional and caused minimal fuss. We would not hesitate to use Scotia again.
