I stumbled upon this site by chance so posted the details of the work I required in a kind of half hearted manner. To be honest I was quite surprised when I received response within a day or two. Following the response we exchanged an email or two then discussed the details over a telephone call. Tommy visited my property to provide an estimate and I found him very open, honest and very informed in his field. He talked me through the work he'd carry out thoroughly and made a few suggestions on how I could dry out dampness, The quote was the best I was quoted and the work was carried out both, as described and on time.
