Quick and friendly.happy to use again

Ross came out to price up the job and discuss what I wanted in my new bathroom installation. After he left I was hoping that the quote he would come back with would be within my budget because he was the only person I had that came for a quote that thoroughly went through all the fine details and finishing touches. He talked me into getting a shower direct from the boiler which I was assuming would be a lot more expensive to do rather than keep an electric shower like I had previously, telling me that it wouldn’t be that much more expensive because everything was being ripped out anyway. So glad he did talk me into it. Also within his quote he agreed to re-skim the ceiling which nobody else had offered and discussed using a sensor system for the lighting and extractor fan which is a very nice touch especially having little kids that can’t reach the light pull cord or try to yank it out the ceiling. Ross worked very long days to get the job done as quickly as possible and was considerate to the fact that it was our only bathroom, making sure we went without the use of a toilet for as short duration as possible. Ross’s quote wasn’t the cheapest I had but it was very fair and he agreed to do extra work within the quote than others had so I was happy with that. It was still considerably cheaper than wickes which I had planned to use originally. The only cheaper quote I had was from someone with no feedback whatsoever and Ross has plenty of good feedback so it was a no brainer

Ross was fantastic arriving on time and explaining every step of the work. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be getting further work done by him in the early summer. Thank you Ross.

What a fantastic job, thank you so much Ross for all you done. Couldn't fault anything, even hoovered when finished fitting the shower and tiling job. Will definitely recommend ,and will use him again.

Ross is a friendly, respectful enthusiastic fella, with loads of great ideas. Our new bathroom looks amazing, finished to a high quality standard. If you're looking for quality- look no further, Highly recommended.

We seemed to go from one disaster to another, dirty hand prints & damage to walls, leaking toilet, scratches and a chip in the new floor, the last straw was a cracked tile in the shower, whilst he did pay for the floor and paint to repaint walls, the offer of grout to fill a hairline crack along a 500mm tile just doesn’t cut it! That’s was after we were made to feel had caused the damage and that we were looking too close for faults! (Even when we have photographic proof he did this before he finished the job!) We paid out the last of our saving for a tradesman so it was done right not for substandard work and excuses. Unfortunately I can not recommend this tradesperson!
