Ross provided an excellent and professional experience from start to finish. Helped us build on ideas, suggesting workable solutions, with a competitive quote. When sourcing products, was swift in response and support, making sure we had everything we needed, and would be right for the space. Ross started and completed the job, the result being a high quality finish, within agreed timescales, and quote. He used quality products, worked cleanly, checking in to make sure progress and work was in line with what we wanted. Found some great solutions when the job presented unexpected challenges. Ross is a genuine guy, with a great work ethic. Would certainly enlist his services again, and recommend to others.

We are absolutely delighted that we decided to go with Ross to do our kitchen and bathroom renovation. He's done a superb job - he's thorough, proactive, anticipates problems and offers smart solutions, and clearly wants what's best for his clients, And he's really good to deal with - communication has been loads better than with any previous builder we've used - he sent us daily progress photos on WhatsApp, which has been really helpful. Ross has been truly fantastic, he really cares about the job, has a tremendous work ethic, and we can highly recommend him.

Ross was very attentive from the offset! He listened to what I wanted but also made suggestions which I had not even considered. He got the job for the bathroom, cloakroom fitting and tiling throughout. He has done a fantastic job of all and I have had other tradesman asking for his details as he has done such a great job. Ross was very helpful and did additional jobs which were not on quote. He has a very keen eye which is great when it comes to finishing touches. He also did all my woodwork, doors, Skirting’s and architrave which is also lovely and neat. Would highly recommend Ross for any job you have needing a high standard of finish.
