Ross responded very quickly and arranged a mutually convenient time to visit. Communication was very good. He was punctual , and very quickly identified and fixed the problem for us at a reasonable price. Ross is very friendly, experienced and professional. He was also able to give advice and information about some other jobs we are thinking of having done,and advised us on the best way to achieve the things we would like. We look forward to using Ross again in the future,and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a friendly and experienced plumber .

Ross is a excellent plumber and all round quality builder . Nothing is to much trouble for him he is very hard working perfectionist the quality of is work is out standing .Our bathroom is very small and walls uneven old pipes etc but that wasn’t a problem for Ross he just got on with it and the end result is amazing. We wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again for any job we need doing THANK YOU ROSS

Responded quickly and arrived on time to look at the job and efficient in the repairs.Explained what he was going throughout and certainly takes pride in his work . Took away rubbish and cleaned up. Will keep this chap on my radar for future work and recommendations .

Well what can I say I've had 3 plumbers come out and just scratch their heads ROSS comes along and fixed the problem in no time we are truly delighted cannot recomend him highly enough problem fixed such a lovely polite person and certainly knows his job Thank you Ross you are a STAR

Excellent service from Ross. Very quick phone call re the job & he came the following day which was a Saturday. Fixed the job & I felt confident in his work. My Cousin is an elderly lady & I would feel comfortable having Ross in her house if I couldn’t attend.

Ross has just completed a revamp of an ensuite shower room. He's a clean and tidy worker, gives advice readily, is conscientious with an eye for detail and is fastidious in doing things correctly Excellent.
