Great job, and quickly solved problems as they came up. Nice guys to have around, and would highly recommend.

The service from Richard was excellent. He was very professional and exceeded our expectations. The roof repair was even completed by Richard on a Sunday when we had a brief respite from the poor weather. Repair itself looks sound. Very tidy, organised and always kept to timescales. Highly recommended.

Responded to emails quickly and available to start work soon after posting job. Returned to property twice to carry out further work.

Richard is reliable, turned up when he said he would and kept me informed about when works would start. He was helpful, suggesting alternative options for the proposed work. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day and at the end of the job. A good job - would be happy to use again or recommend. Richard's work will now be tested with the continuing storms this weekend!

I also liked how Richard too the time to explain the problem and the work that needed doing.

Rich from rjp responded very quickly to our job, with a really reasonable quote. He was punctual, courteous and completed the emergency repair in a couple of days, which was extremely important to us, as we were going away for a month the day after, and the roof was leaking like a drain after the high winds. It was a tiny job, not worth a lot to a skilled tradesman, but the service we received was top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend 'our roofer' to anyone :D Thanks so much Rich.
