Before the job - Rich contacted me promptly and came out to do the quote. Unlike others I had called to do a quote he suggested some sensible things to add to the quote (such as replacing the broken guttering at roof height) etc. The quote was emailed to me promptly and as requested he quoted separately for the main roof and bay window roof. He was the most competitive quote and able to start the job when we needed him to. During the work - Rich and James turned up whenever they said they would, on time and just got on with it. They were hard working, efficient, friendly and happy to explain what they were doing as they went along (you do need to like 80s classic music though...). The work was done in the number of days estimated and to a high standard - friends of ours who are builders commented on what a great job they were doing. Rich always responded to any queries by phone or email promptly and clearly, which we really valued. Job completed - as stated before the job was completed in the number of days estimated, we are very pleased with the excellent standard of all the work and confident we won't need a new roof any time soon. We would highly recommend and most certainly use again as and when needed. Thanks again!

We received a very prompt response to our initial enquiry and good communications throughout the job. The work was carried out professionally and to a high standard. We had special requirements which were dealt with without any fuss and to our satisfaction. The scaffold and skips were arranged as part of the job which was completed on time and all mess cleared and removed from the site. We would highly recommend RJP Roofing & Mainenance.

Having posted my job on myBuilder.com I received interest from a number of parties, though as soon as I spoke with RJP my gut feeling was that they were the right people for the job. As more quotes came in I stayed in touch with RJP and had a number of conversations with them before giving them the go ahead. RJP assisted me in understanding where there were differences in scope between the various quotes received and it was through these conversations that by trust in RJP grew, to an extent that I thought I would be disappointed if I chose anyone else. RJP certainly gave me the impression that they were very professional and they knew what they were talking about. I was pleased with how quickly they managed to fit my job in, and likewise was very pleased with the work. This job was for a rental property, though I will certainly be inviting them back in due course to quote on a larger job at home. Overall, I would definitely recommend them and I was very happy with my choice.

We hired Richard to replace our dilapidated porch roof and asked him to change it from a flat roof to a pitched roof with tiles to match, as near as possible, the house roof. Richard was polite, friendly and helpful and did the job with a minimum of fuss, left the area clean and tidy each day and was very professional throughout. We would certainly ask Richard to do any further building jobs we might need and would recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable builder.
