Richard replaced the roof on our house. This involved removing the original tiles, re-felting, replacing rotten joists, then replacing the original tiles and ridge. A small chimney was also removed. Over the course of the job (about 3 weeks) the work expanded somewhat as further rotten beams and facia boards, and lose coping stones were discovered. Richard did a very good job and was professional throughout. He handled the additional work without fuss and without breaking off to other jobs. There were breaks for the weather but that was understandable – it was bucketing down. Richard is clearly a professional roofer who knows the trade well (unlike some others who came to quote for the job). He is friendly and easy to get on with. I am happy with the work he did and would recommend him to others.

Rich, arrived to do the estimate when he said he would, contacted me when he said he would re: the quote and let me know when he was going to do the job. The guttering looks great and I am just waiting for more rain. He went above and beyond what I expected and I would have no hesitation in hiring him again

Richard was very professional, very tidy and his quote was reasonable. Even went the extra mile of checking out our neighbours roof and took photographs. I would highly recommend him.

Job was to remove some a weed growing from the chimmney pot. Did a great job, friendly guy. Even checket the other chimmney pots whilst on the roof and took care of some little weeds around them. Charged the mid price of his quote, so seemed very fair.

Richard fitted a sun tunnel to let more natural light in to my bathroom as I had no windows. He also re felted and batten my extension roof. I was very happy with the work it was just what I wanted. I was happy with the price and he finished the work when he said he would. Richard was very polite and cleared away all the rubbish and took it away.

I had my guttering taken down and had new fascias boards put up around the house and then he cleaned the guttering and put it back. Very good he was very neat and tidy and and made sure the area was cleared up after. Yes he gave a date and time and he was there on time. Yes was very reasonable for the high quality of work. Rich was very polite and on time he was very tidy and cleared up after. The work was very good and very neat.
