I am very happy with the work Rich did on my roof - it was a complete re-roof of a victorian property in Redfield with large pitched main roof plus back mono pitch annex. It required new felt, battens and tiles, lead flashings and re-pointing of chimneys; also replacing the flat roof over the bay window which had been leaking and new fascia boards and gutters at the front. Rich came round to give the quote on an exceptionally wet and windy day but took the trouble to get up the ladder and inspect the scope of works. He responded with a quote very promptly and it was far lower than the others I had obtained. He was able to start work soon afterwards and although he had to contend with various problems outside work, he still completed the whole job within a fortnight which was more than I had expected. The scaffolding even came down on the same day! I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the work. The site was kept clean and tidy and rubbish and old materials were cleared away each day. Rich always communicated about arrival times and showed me photos of the finished roof. He was a pleasure to work with and I would have no hesitation recommending him to others.

RIch and his team did a great job on a large Victorian property in Redland and were very flexible with additional works that needed doing. Would recommend. Jobs completed include Fascias, guttering, Flat roof, Skylight domes

Richard and his mate done a very good job to change my flat roof to pitched roof. They charged very reasonable price and completed the job in time.

I got the obligatory 3 quotes - RJP Roofing was the most competitive by far and, based on the positive feedback of others, was hired to re-roof a 3-bed semi-detached house using existing tiles, fit new felt and battens. Due to another job being put back Rich was able to start earlier than planned - bonus! I also asked to him put in a vent tile, ready for the electrician to fit an extractor fan in the bathroom. He was also able to easily accommodate a couple of extra requests to fit eave trays, new guttering & chimney pots. He kept me posted with progress, explained things well, and asked questions if any clarification needed from me - a pleasure to deal with, and would happily ask him to do other work or recommend him to family and friends.

Rich and his colleague Pete did a great and professional job and did it neatly. I am happy with the results and I highly recommend him/his company RJP Roofing & Construction. But more than that Rich was a very pleasant guy, quick and competent and communicated well and frequently related to organising the job start, getting the scaffolders arriving on site etc. Thanks a lot Rich!

Hired Rich based on feedback on mybuilder to replace an ancient flat roof over our small kitchen extension which was leaking. Rich was able to quote really quickly and very kindly fitted the work in a few days later. The quote was by far the most competitive we received. The new roof is currently being put to the test with the rain and there's no leak - fantastic! Rich and his colleague were friendly and cleared everything away. Would definitely recommend.
