RJP Roofing came and carried a full survey and from this gave us a realistic price to re-felt, batten, and tile our rear Victorian double and single storey extension which was in a very poor state. We were happy with the cost and instructed him to carryout the works based on reading his excellent reviews on here. He gave us a start date and started when he said and carried out the works to an excellent standard even down do tidying up every day. We would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking of having some roof works done. Great job Rich thanks very much.

Hired Richard to strip and overhaul our roof after reading positive reviews. A very good job and tradesman all round. Never met a tradesman who replies pretty much instantly be it to email or phone messages! Quote was one of the best we had. Job started on time and just got on with it, no hassles. Came back to replace missed downpipe with no question. Will use again no hesitation.

Rich has done a fantastic job. There was extra work that was needed but Rich was really helpful at getting this sorted and making my roof really sound. It looks great and I am really happy and would high recommend Rich

Rich completed the roofing work in good time, as promised. His communication is very good: he always kept us up to date with any minor adjustments, and replied to queries promptly. He and his colleague were friendly and helpful, and we felt confident that we could trust them. I would highly recommend Rich to anyone.

Richard got back to me within an hour of posting job on this website. he was keen to have a look at job asap. and with a keen price, and very good feedback of previous clients , I chose to employ him to replace my whole roof, with new. very busy guy, so had to wait a few weeks, but all good. the roof was replaced on one of my houses in bristol. and I Iive in Cornwall, so haven't yet seen the results, or even met Richard. but my tenants renting the house informed me that all was well. richard sent pics of work in progress, as he went threw the job, so I could see that the work was progressing well. would recommend, as long as he doesnt get to busy, as I'll have more work for him in the future! Very nice guys, and price was the cheapest! Left the site tidy and were very helpful with advice etc. Job looks good and we've had lots of comments. Would absolutely recommend Rich and his team.

Richard was easy to deal with and communicated well. He did not question what we wanted (to keep the existing tiles) as another contractor had and the price was very competitive. I think he could have investigated more when coming to quote. He didn't look at the roof from inside the loft and as there was lathe and plaster with existing (likely damp insulation) above, the new insulation had to be thrown in through a couple of holes in the lathe and the new felt put over the top of the existing insulation. I was glad I got Building Control to inspect as this existing insulation was too close to the new felt and therefore he had to put Sellotex in the sloping parts of the ceiling to ensure there was a gap between the two. However, Richard did as instructed without complaint, the work was passed as meeting Building Regs and he did not unreasonably increase the price as a result. He was an extremely fast worker - maybe a bit too fast! a pleasant and amenable chap. Nice to deal with.
