Kay removed an under-stairs WC, decommissioned a radiator, moved a radiator and powerflushed the central heating system. Some of this involved him having to crawl under the floor to weld joints - a very dirty job. Throughout, Kay was highly professional and identified matters which should be addressed urgently or which would affect the performance of the system. He was also able to arrange some internal building works at very short notice, for which we were very grateful. I posted a job to fix my boiler and I hired Khalid even though his quote wasn't the cheapest as I was impressed by his knowledge of the heating system and his solution to the problem. He was punctual and brought all the required parts and tools for the job and did a power flush, replaced the heat exchanger and installed a magnaclean for the boiler. Everything works great now and we have piping hot water and toasty radiators. However, the experience would be more positive had he informed me that I should install heat regulators for the radiators before the job and not put me in a position to make a snap decision to spend an extra 220 pounds when he arrived. This minor point aside, I'll recommend Khalid to anybody who needs their heating system repaired or serviced.
