Unfortunately could not help. And suggestion on cost was as though he was still estimating even after accessing the problem. I appreciate he wanted the best for us and I agree I.e recommending we change the boiler. On leaving he still wanted to be paid, after looking around for 15-20mins. I was disappointed to be frank and kids asking me if the boiler as finally fixed.

I had no heating for 2 weeks, but British Gas whom I had cover with did not send engineer when they said they would. during Xmas temperature dropped, so I decide post on here and see how can help me. Khalid responded and offer come and take a look without any callout charge and provide me an estimate. Khalid was very helpful in my hour of need. Came to me on xmas day to see the problem. Did not even charge for callout. Found what the issue was, turns out the valved needed replacing, however being xmas day everything was closed and he did not have any parts with him. well not a new one anyway. So he temporary fix the issue so I get heating direct. Did not even ask for any payment on that day, until full work was completed after 3 days when shops were open. I found him to be very honest and reliable. Thank you Khalid.

Khalid was able to visit within 3 hours and had the part handy too. He was able to quickly replace the part. Khalid identified faults from the installer, something no one else been able to identify in the last 4 years of servicing. I will use Khalid again to fix those faults.

Khalid was great at communication and he did a good job on the repairs to my boiler and heating system. I would recommend Khalid for any heating or plumbing work.

Very nice guy, Khalid agreed to come at short notice to fix an issue with my boiler. The fault was cured before Khalid arrived. The fact he was willing to come quickly means if I have any issues at home in the future this is the guy I'll be calling first. I recommend 👍

Khalid was very professional in his work. He made sure he finished everything he was meant to do that day. I strongly recommend him to anyone who wants to fix their boiler.

did not act as a professional and his quote changed often for the work he had or was about to complete every few hh left the work with a promise to complete the work he poor finishing and was not reliable about his quote

£100 for about 1 hour 30 mins work. £20 call out which was included in the £100. Fixed the problem (blocked something in the boiler) so I would use again.

Came round within the hour of posting the job on mybuilder.com and showed me how to use the pressure valve on the boiler.
