On the day I posted my job, Khalid got in contact and I asked him if he could come on the same day to find out what was causing the issue. He came over within a couple of hrs (no call out charge) and told me what the issue was. He gave me a quote, and I agreed for him to carry out the works. We agreed a day and time. Khalid arrived on the agreed time and carried out the works. Khalid did a professional job and tidied up afterwards.I found Khalid pleasant and would recommend him to anybody.

Very professional and prompt. Was able to come and inspect the job at short notice. Job was completed in the neatest way possible dispite there being other building works happening around them. Would recommend and use again.

Very pleased with Khalid's work. Came out at short notice, on a Saturday evening, diagnosed problem, provided a temporary fix, explained solution, provided a written quote, and returned on Monday morning to do the job. Very professional, and good communication, all the way.

Khaleb and his team were very conciencious and he and his team did an excellent job. They helped us through the minefield of the installation and sorted out the paperwork for our 10 year guarantee. He phoned us two days later to ensure that all was working well. We were very pleased with the job and would certainly recommend him.

Khalid came at short notice and was able to diagnose the problem with my central heating where two other engineers had failed. I needed a new boiler and Khalid’s quote was the most competitive and his work installing the Vaillant boiler was excellent. When it comes to heating/plumbing it can be quite an ordeal finding someone you can trust to give you correct information and who is able to carry out the work to a high standard but Khalid certainly falls into this bracket and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Excellent service. Proactive, retuned my calls promptly, explained everything clearly. My tenants and I are very happy with his work. I will certainly use Khalid again in future and recommend him.
