We were concerned about our boiler making unusual thudding noise, Khalid visited us and had a detailed look at boiler's functions - heating and hot water. He mentioned the noise produced isn't unusual and wouldn't go through our partition wall. Very professional of him as he didn't want to fix something that isn't broken. I know who to reach out to in the future.

Prompt response to my job request, diagnosed issues on first visit. Quoted both cost and repair time and installation date. Gave good feedback throughout and suggested possible future upgrades.

Khalid and his team were great at communicating timeframe and costs beforehand and managed to squeeze me in on the same day than the request was made. They were super nice, polite and most importantly did a great job installing a Hive heating system. They even took their time to explain how the app works and stayed till I was able to test everything. Great work and all around very pleasant!

Its winter and we have no heating. We have young kids and told the plumber this. Arranged to meet at 10am the following day after contact. He didnt show up. He didnt call. A prompt through mybuilder resulted in a call. He said he lost his phone and his mother fell down the stairs. We arranged for the following morning. No show and no call. Called both his phones and messaged. A complete waste of time and the kids are cold and getting ill. Untrustworthy person.

Great job! The leak was in a very awkward location but they managed to promptly carry out repair on the same day at a fair price. They ensured they checked everything was fully functional before leaving. Polite, competent and very professional. Highly recommended.

Khalid was immediately available and did a great job. It was quite complex as there were various elements that needed to be fixed.
