Rae and his team have been amazing from start to finish! Always happy to help, hard working and friendly. Our extension came in on price and on time. Always keeping us updated with photos and letting us know what was happening and when. No problem was to big or to small. Great with communication and getting back to us straight away. Would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you so much Rae and the team!

We cannot recommend Rae and his team highly enough. RCM Carpentry were recommended to us by a friend and from the moment that we met Rae we felt comfortable that we were dealing with a very proffesional business. Rae listened to what we wanted, offered ideas and solutions and offered us a complete package at a competitive price. Rae and his team were very proffessional at all times and they were all very polite and courteous. They worked around us and made sure that any disruption was kept to a minimum and nothing was too much trouble for any of the team. The work was completed in good time and to a great standard. We would not hesitate to recommend Rae and his team.

Rae and his team were amazing throughout the job, especially during the current issues that are facing the construction industry through supply. Rae ensured that we had the materials we needed and pre-booked/ordered a number of items before price increases kicked in. I was very impressed with their speed of work but also the quality of their workmanship. Like most builds there were a few issues to overcome due to unforeseen issues but solutions where always found. To finish a 2 storey extension in 10 weeks (and we were delayed through bad weather at the start of the build) to such a high standard is really impressive. Rae would be happy to help out an advise on various issues and nothing was to much trouble. Budget wise, we went over the initial estimate but this was was due to our design changes, such as upgrading to aluminium windows and amendments to the roof, however, these were costed by Rae before we agreed to move moved forward and undertake the changes. I would be happy to recommend Rae and his team and we will be getting them back to undertake our porch next year which speaks for its self

What can we say! Rae and his team were great, in-fact better than great, they were fantastic. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rae and his team or indeed in hiring again in the future. Due to Covid-19 and lock down we weren't around to oversee the work, but decided to proceed and communicate daily with Rae. Whilst this wasn't ideal Rae was excellent in keeping us updated with daily/regular calls and pictures as and when things were completed or partially completed. We were recently doing some outside gardening when a neighbor came over to say how nice the extension was (actually we have had a few very positive comments from various neighbors) and what a credit Rae and his team were (they were considerate and polite at all times!) They undertook a complete renovation/reconfiguration on the original house and construction of a new side extension. The results speak for themselves (the images however do not do justice to the finished article) You should employ Rae and his team, you will not be disappointed..

Rae and his team have just completed a 4m x 3m kitchen extension for us. Rae completed this bang on deadline .. 5 weeks! We had great communication with Rae throughout. His team of builders are very nice. As we hadn't yet moved into our house during the build, one concern was disturbing our new neighbours peace. However, they commented to us how polite Rae's builders were. We'd recommend Rae for your build :)

Rae and his team did a great job building our extension. The job was completed in under 4 weeks. Rae was very helpful answering the questions and explaining what is being done. Definitely getting them back for loft convention in few years time.

After posting my enquiry via this site requesting a site visit / extension quote, Rae contacted me very promptly and attended at short notice, offering to also arrange for his architect to accompany. In fact Rae arrived early at the property! Prior to his architect arriving, Rae spent time listening to my ideas and quickly understood what I was trying to achieve, coming up with positive suggestions as to how to achieve. His knowledge was very reassuring. When his architect arrived, they both spent more time discussing what could be done - more importantly what limits the property presented. At no time did we feel rushed. Both Rae and Ian's positivity, knowledge and professionalism came across as exceptional. Sadly we've decided not to go ahead with the purchase of this property - and actually have Rae's intuition to thank for this, otherwise we would have ended up compromising 'our ideal'. But I shall definitely be keeping Rae's contact details for the future; he will be the first person I get in touch with. Thank you once again Rae!

When we invited Rae into our home to view the possibility of what we might be able to achieve, we were extremely impressed by the extra scope and insight he gave us. It went far beyond what we envisaged and he was able to create a lot more living space for us. When you undertake a project this big you never really know how it will appear as a final result, Rae was able to deliver a brilliantly finished loft conversion and keep our peace of mind throughout the whole project. When we look at it now we really can't believe what we have gained! Much more than we expected and I think this was the most impressive thing about choosing Rae and his talented team, it was that they were able to go the extra mile to get everything out of the area being worked with! Its that personal touch that made us ask Rae back a few months later to knock through the downstairs bathroom and put in a new suite. Again the same team did an excellent job and no task was too much for them to deal with. Rae and his team of confident builders were easy to work with from day one and were early on site and worked hard through out the day to complete the loft conversion and porch in 8 weeks, Which in our opinion was a very impressive turn around! They were clean and tidy every day and respectful of our neighbours. If we had to choose to do it all over again I would choose Rae. Thank you Rae and your team for improving our lifestyle beyond what we could have imagined :-)

Rae and his team have just completed our single storey annexe which we are very happy with. The job was finished ahead of schedule and to a high standard. Everyone on the team were very efficient and did not hesitate to answer any questions we had or to sort any minor issues. Nothing was too much trouble.I would highly recommend Rae and his team to friends and family in the future. The team are now installing my new kitchen.
