    General

    Wayne did some general work blocking up a doorway and tidying up my kitchen worktop area and plastering. Wayne has done a great job and I am happy with the work. I did have a few bits I wanted him to tidy up at the end but as soson a sI contacted him he came back to sort out. Very Happy. Charlotte

    eight kitchen units to be fitted
    I am pleased to say I have awarded Wayne Head the job to fit my new kitchen. on looking at feedback that other customers have left Wayne on my builder indicated to me that he was very good at what he did. He was very polite, well mannered very willing to give further advice and above all, the price was right.

    Checking that there isn't any more leaking

    Wayne seems to be professional. Regarding to tenants the job was done nicely and the problem is fixed for now. The only thing is, that we think the work done was quite expensive but this could be subject to personal opinion so we gave Wayne Positive anyway! As mention in the invoice the £125,- was for: Take off poor trim from bath and srape and clean off. Supply and fit new plastic trim to seal bath to tile join. For example when we had the new shower fitted (in other place by other contractor) we paid £70,- which included old shower removal, new shower connection and the sealing around it.... Regards Jan

    A single-berth garage lock-up in a row of 4 (approx 3m x 5m area) with an angled corrugated roof running down to the rear. When I purchased the property in April this year the survey noted that there was asbestos in the roof, although it is fixed in. However, there are several holes in the covering, rainwater is getting in (and subsequently leading to damp) and overall the roof has clearly aged. Collapsed guttering at the rear. The rest of the structure is sound. Request is for a quote for: - Safe removal of roof and replacement with either basic fibre cement or steel plastic coated. - Examination of supporting timbers to roof with a view to replacement (if necessary). The owner of the garage next to mine has expressed an interest in replacing the roof on his as well. If the quote was agreeable he would consider having his done at the same time. We would both be looking at a roof of either basic fibre cement or steel plastic coated sheets. Request is for work to be completed before end of this year. Exact date to be agreed once quote is accepted. Please note - no power supply to the lock-up.

    Wayne replaced an old asbestos embedded garage roof. Cheapest quote of 4 offered, he remove the old sheeting safely and fitte a new roof with specific requirements. Worked independently and was flexible with the start date. Has been employed by my neighbours for similar work.

    Skim walls

    Wayne was able to fit us in relatively quickly. He skimmed the hall/landing/stairs in a day with 2 other workers. They were clean tidy and polite. On painting I noted some flaws in the skim. Wayne came out promptly and sorted the issue with no grumbles! Will use again.
