Loving the finished job, such a transformation. Extremely helpful guy and happy to leave in home. A little mess left behind outside but hideous weather probably didn't help and nought that would put me off considering for other work.

Wayne did our flat roof and he did the job when he said he would and we are really pleased with it. Good price and would recommend him to others.

Wayne re-decorated our two bedroom retirement flat to help me sell the property and did a very good job for me, he was on time and very helpful, there was no problem with the work at all. I was really very happy with the work and was delighted that I had found Wayne who was very professional.

Wayne and his team did an excellent job and I was particularly impressed with the speed at which demolition and construction work took place meaning we could move into the house on schedule. They also have an experienced set of tradesmen at their disposal meaning that kitchens, central heating and windows could all be got from one supplier meaning less project management from our side.

The job was completed quickly and without any fuss at all. I now have a nice dry house which is very nice.

I would highly recommend Wayne. He is very competent, professional and reliable builder. Wayne did a fantastic job with my roof and ceiling. Kept me informed and showed me every aspect of the work. He also charged me a very reasonable price and kept to the quote. I would definately use him again.

Overall, Wayne did a good job for me. We had problems at times, but that was mainly because I had to chop and change the job to fit my budget. Wayne worked through this with me. He stripped the house back for a very reasonable price with a good team of hard workers. He did a good job on the building work that followed and we were pleased with the result. We were very pleased with the kitchen where we created a space for the oven in the chimney breast. In a number of cases he dealt with unforseen problems quickly and reasonably.

Competitive quote, subsequent work completed promptly and as stated on quote. Wayne organised everything with my tenant, so it was hassle free for me. Very reliable and will definitely use again for any property maintenance.
