Work finished early and to a high standard. Would have no problem in recommending Wayne in the future.

Looking around the local area at other simillar repairs,I feel the work on mineis to a higher standard.correctly highliting all faults and providing the solution at a very competitive rate. hoping to utilise Wayne for further work on property. Success at last!!

Hired Wayne for this project. Wayne assessed this, and provided realistic quotes etc, and advice with regard to alternative consumer unit...optional...(health and safety..LAW)..Wayne and his colleague Jason commenced from gutting the garage, through to insulation, removal of ceiling, covering electrical..etc..plastering, and providing a walk through to adjoining porch, re flooring with oak, making good. Very pleasant gentlemen indeed, an absolute pleasure to meet. Wayne has also installed some kitchen cupboards, and took his time with this in order to get this right!!...As far as I am concerned Wayne provided reasonable quotes!..and from now on he is our CONTACT BUILDER..A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Wayne and co did a fantastic job, correcting a previous builders work and took on board my request to make the fireplace have a cottage character, which they did a brilliant job at.

Completed most of the work to a high standard, particularly happy with the newly built cupboard.

After several attempts we actually found a builder who turned up when he said he would to quote for the job, and gave a sensible quote! As we needed work doing on our roof the weather has not been kind! Eventually however it stopped raining!! Wayne called to let us know when the scaffolding would be arriving , and as promised they arrived on time! Wayne then contacted us to let us know when he would be starting the job and he turned up on time as promised! The work has been carried out and both me and my neighbour are very happy with the work done, and after they left you would never know they had been here! I would certainly recommend Wayne and his team, and should the need arise will have no hesitation in using him again!

Wayne and the staff he used were nice friendly guys and we were comfortable leaving them in the house unattended while we were at work. We now have a nice waterproof roof which has been excessively tested by the recent weather!
