Paul and his team were a real find - honest, trust worthy and capable of everything we threw at them on our small hallway refurbishment job, including some new lighting pendants, carpentry work and some of the best plastering and decorating I have seen in a long time. Will definitely use again and have recommended to other people.

Paul and colleagues repaired polycarbonate conservatory roof and some associated brickwork. He was extremely easy to work with and made many helpful suggestions of approaches that we had not thought of ourselves. Once the job was finished he was only too willing to return to deal with snagging problems. We would not hesitate to commission Pyramids again and will recommend to others. John O'Malley

Paul and his team did a thorough and efficient job of fixing the lead and tiles on our roof, and he explained at each stage what he was doing and why. I was impressed that he followed up with a phone call a few weeks after completion of the job; as it happened, I’d just spotted that a couple of the new tiles had slipped, and he came round and refitted them promptly, taking the opportunity to check his team’s work again.

I certainly did not have the same experience as anyone else on here with this contractor! At the onset of this project, we agreed to refurbish most of the flat; re-wiring, new boiler, new bathroom, new ensuite shower room, redecorating throughout - namely everything but the kitchen, as I had reached my maximum budget. I will not go into all the details, but suffice it to say that the project exceeded budget and went way over time and did not meet my 'basic' expectations of quality - and I decided to terminate before completion of the work (but sadly not until I had paid more than 95%). To be fair, I think he was let down by just about every one of his subcontractors at one point or another. This may have been my 'baptism of fire' but it certainly seems to have been too big a project for this contractor.

I was very impressed with Paul and his team. They promptly arranged to view the work and provided a very quick estimate which was very competitive. They were able to commence the work almost immediatly. The workers where very quick and professional. I am very happy with the work and would have no hesitation in recommending Paul.

One of Paul's strengths is that he listened to me as a customer and gave me a range of practical options based on my requirements. Paul prided himself on leaving me with a great finish and only used trusted trades people who respected my flat and did a great job. I plan to carry out further work in the future and will be using Paul and his team again and can thoroughly recommend him.

Pyramids - a fantastic company. We made the right decision to employ them. They were very professional, skilled in their work and knowledge, good time keeping and excellent project managers. They consulted with us through each stage of the project, were flexible and available, should we need to contact them with any concerns. Builders such as Pyramids are very hard to come across, so we plan to use them again in the future.

The whole experience was great from beginning to end. Working with Paul and Michael has been a pleasure, great communications, great skill and very happy with the finished product. They came on time and on budget. If by any reason the builders couldn't come on the day I would get a phonecall in advance and they would come the following day. They were also happy to accommodate reasonable changes and I would be more than happy to recommend them for any jobs. I will certainly stick with them when refurbishing my bathroom. I was worried about nightmare stories you hear about builders but have nothing but praise for these guys! Thanks guys!

I thorougly recommend the services of Pyramids Construction and Paul Mikhail. Preliminary investigations revealed extensive damage to the roof and chimney stack, which was photographed, explained and costed in a skilled manner. Rarely have I come across a contractor so proactive and efficient, with a genuine concern for the customer. To anyone not able to be home during the day, I can confirm that this team is reliable, professional and good value for money.

From beginning to end Paul did a good job for me. Paul and his guys did exactly what I asked them to do, on time and on budget. I have a 3 bedroom semi and they did quite a lot of refurbishment work for me including a wetroom - plastering, decorating, tiling, plumbing... Paul has a good team of guys around him and I'd be happy to give a reference for Paul to anybody.
