Excellent team providing good service and quality of workmanship

Paul and his team did a fantastic job at our house. It is all finished to high standards and the site was left tidy through out the project. Can only recommend working with Pyramids!

Very good job. More expensive than quote but dry rot and other problems encountered. Very pleasant and also tidy. Would reccomend.

I hired Pyramids Construction to put in my new kitchen which also involved blocking up a door and removing a chimney. Paul was a fantastic project manager and although there have been a few hiccups along the way, overall the job went very smoothly. He has been really good at ensuring all the final small jobs have been done with great attention to detail. The team of electricians, plumbers, architects and builders that Paul employs were all very professional and hard working. Paul has also been back several times to sort out minor additional issues which is incredible service and not what you usually find with builders these days. - I would whole-hearterdly recommend him and his team and will be using him again when the opportunity arises.

Paul was very quick to respond and gave professional advice. The job was done well and he even went beyond what was originally quoted by doing an additional painting job on the skirting of the outside wall.

Paul is very professional and even helped me pick out bathroom tiles which was really helpful. Paul's wife Joanna is also lovely and definitely an asset to the business! The guys he employs are very nice and hardworking so I'll be asking Paul to quote me for another piece of work. One thing Paul could improve on is attention to detail as there were a few things that weren't completed to the standard I hoped for but they were quickly sorted out and overall I'm very happy with their work.

We hired Pyriamids Construction to carry out alterations to our kitchen and dinning room originally. The work included the removal of the wall between the kitchen and dining room, install of a WC under the stairs, fitting of a new kitchen, elctrical re-wiring of the area, repairs to plaster and decoration of both rooms and hall. During the works major issues were uncovered with the bathroom and floor joists between it and the kitchen. This expanded the specification to the removal of the bathroom, repairs/ replacement of floor joists and install of a new bathroom. Paul, Joanna and team were very helpful throughout the process and despite the extended scope of works and still finished the job within 6 weeks to a high standard. As with any works I would recommend ensuring you discuss what is being installed and materials used so everyone is clear before you start. Keep the dialogue going and make sure you discuss your expectations so the builder is aware and can plan and price accordingly. If things change for reasons outwith your control be clear with Pyriamids on how you want to recover the situation and they will be very helpful in getting it done. Great service from Pyramids. Attentive to our needs from the very beginning. Paul and Jo gave our job the personal touch helping with design, sourcing, overseeing the work on daily basis and ensuring the right finish. Great tradesmen and specialists on hand whether carpentry, plumbing, electrics, decorating etc. All work on time and on budget despite us throwing in extra asks and changes to the specs along the way! Paul and his team at Pyramid did a good job fitting a new front door at my flat. There were a few delays and a couple of issues following the initial fitting but they were happy to come back and rectify everything quickly.

In the end, we decided not to proceed with this job, but Paul was fantastic. He went out of his way to show us some of his work elsewhere, and was very friendly, considerate and understanding. If had proceeded, it would have been with him! Paul really tries to understand what you are doing, and why ... and, more importantly, works it through with you to get the best result. Martin
