Anthony completed everything in no time (which was a relief since his hourly rate is not low!) - my tenant was very impressed; very positive and professional!

Anthony was absolutely brilliant. Dealt with all the problems with a smile and friendly attitude. I would recommend him very highly.

Anthony responded promptly to my request for a plumber to fix my recent loss of hot water supply in my flat and was punctual and polite. Unfortunately Camden council had misinformed me that the problem related to a blocked stop cock when it actually was due to a loss of water supply to the whole block. As such, Anthony was understandably unable to fix this problem although I was disappointed that he did not identify that the loss of water supply was the problem before or after carrying out the work on the stop cock. He was unable to replace the old stop cock due to a problem freezing the supply pipe (I am not sure if this was empty or not given the loss of water supply). He also fitted a new immersion heater which works well. I had arranged for a costly visitors parking permit for him to use which he unfortunately did not, however I was disappointed to see he had charged me for parking meter fees on his invoice which I felt was unreasonable but I nevertheless paid.

The work was done well but I thought he was rather expensive for what he did. I was award of hourly rate but didn't expect it to take so many hours. I couldn't be on site when the work was being done as I don't live in the property but I should have been more careful about getting a clearer quote. Lesson learned!

Anthony did a good job, and completed the job faster than his original estimate. I would be comfortable hiring him again.

Very pleased with an excellent job. Anthony took just a couple of hours to install a new glass shower door and remedy several quite serious defects in a shower which (because it's a rented-out house) had taken some bashing. Shower now looks very good indeed. I've asked him to come and do some further repair and maintenace work.

Good service - tap supplied and fitted was faulty and he replaced and refitted it the very next morning. Fast, efficient and no nonsense.

I'm very satisfied with the work that Anthony did to my property: I needed to install a whirlpool bath together with a basin, a wc, an electric toilet seat, a pump and some tweaks to the boiler. Very reliable and available to help. Highly suggested.
