Sean and his team were friendly, polite and very professional, from Sean's fast response and coming out to survey the job to receiving a written quotation and then carrying out the work. The job was carried out without fuss or any problems, and each day before leaving Sean and his team would clean and tidy up, even though they produced very little mess, which was very thoughtful. We would not hesitate to recommend Sean to anyone -- and we have already asked him to quote for another job (and I think my neighbours might nab him!). ***Great value and excellent work all round. Full repointing and hunching of cottage chimney, fitting of new pot, etc. to stop internal damp. I received a number of quotes but Sean is a specialist in this field and put forward a plan that would maintain the character of my 17th century property. Work was completed on schedule and to budget and the result is great. The pot cover was initially too small for the size of the fire place and was changed the next day to perfect the job without charge. The site was left spotless everyday and Sean is now quoting on some other works required on the property. No hesitation in using again.

Sean came and looked at the job, was the only person who noticed that I was missing a cowl from my chimney as well as needing repointing. He arrived early, was clean and tidy in his work and seems to have solved the problem. Time and weather will tell! If all is okay I will not hesitate to use him again.
