Posted a job on MyBuilder for repointing of a 2 story gable wall on my home. Pointing & Brickwork where the first to respond and Sean visited my home and provided an clear explanation of the work required. He later provided a detailed, itemised quote for the works and at a reasonable cost. Sean and his team began work at the agreed time and worked quickly and tidily with minimal disruption. The finished result was of a very high standard and I am very happy with the quality of the work. Sean kept me informed along the way and I found him very professional at all times. I would not hesitate in recommending Pointing & Brickwork.

From initial quote to completion of the repointing, Sean and his team have been fantastic. Sean took the time to visit the site twice before starting the works, he took the time to fully explain the process to us and how long the job would take. He also aranged the scaffolding. We received daily updates on how the team were progressing, Sean also took the time to assess the roof verge and advised that this work would need doing at some point in the near future, however he advised it would save us money as the scaffolding was already up, Sean was not forceful with making us have this work done, he send us over a separate quote, which was again a fantastic price, and gave us the choice to have the aditional works done or not. The whole process was clean and tidy, Sean uses an industrial dust extraction setup for removal of the old morter, and then goes along and meticulouslely hand finished each morter joint to ensure all the old morter has been removed. Sean's team then fully washed down the works area to remove any residual dust to ensure the new morter had full adhesions. The new morter mix is then pumped in using a morter gun to ensure that its fully filling the joint, these new joint are then hand finished to match the existing brickwork. On the final day the site was fully cleaned and all rubbish was removed. I would fully recommend Sean and his team to complete any works and will be requesting further quotes in the future for our extention works.
