I recently employed Sean to cap my chimneys and fix torn felt in my roof. He was friendly, professional and honest, and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to use him again, or to recommend him to others.

I found Sean to be reliable and very honest. His communication was excellent and updated me on a regular basis, even after the job was complete. Would certainly recommend him to anyone else.

Sean came when he said he would, did what he said he would, and made sure I had understood what he had done and was happy with the work. (And I was.) He was particularly careful to clean up afterwards, especially on the adjoining neighbours property. I'd employ him again.

Sean quoted for the job on a Saturday morning and was on time. We then arranged a time for him to do the work. Again Sean was prompt and the work was completed when he said it would be. Sean had advised before the work started what he intended to do but also advised that he would inform me if he found any other problem that he could fix. He also took a before work picture and after work picture just to show what exactly had been done, which i found very helpful as I was unable to get on the roof to survey the work myself. Sean also based the quote on stopping the damp problem, meaning that if initial efforts were unsuccessful then another solution would be found. In conclusion I found Sean very easy to work with, found him prompt, professional and would recommend him.

A solid piece of work, well delivered within scope and budget. Pointing and Brickwork are upfront and honest with their quote and work schedule and have not cut corners to save themselves time and money. Some minor "finising touches" were required but Sean and team came back as requested to finish these off within a day of asking. Highly recommended.

Friendly and reliable - always answered emails, phone calls and turned up on time. Work completed on schedule and site left tidy. Always happy to answer any questions we had. Nice guys.

Very helpful, polite, quick and reasonably priced. Didn't have to be at hone as they worked from outside the property while I was at work
