The job took longer than expected as a new part had to be sourced - wasn't charged for additional time and most importantly sink stopped leaking. Excellent.

good and efficient. bit of an issue with the quote and pricing as gave me fixed price quote with breakdown of costs with parking charge but then found out parking was cheaper than quoted so asked if could pay him slightly less than fixed price quote as parking charge less than he thought. He said no. In the end, just paid him a little more with the higher quoted parking charge.

Having only posted this job last night, I am very impressed to say that it has already been completed! Kacper resounded early this morning and we booked in a time today. He has fixed the sink plumbing, checked the tap and even tightened a leak from the radiator on his way out. We are very happy with the work and are happy to recommend Kacper to others.
