Kacper arrived on time, was fast and did a very good job for the tap handles replacement + some additional repair work. I would definitely call him again if I need anything further.

Very happy with the service and cost provided by Kacper. He was able to do the work the following day and arrived promptly at the agreed time. He solved the problem ( which another Plumber was unable to ) quickly and gave me some welcomed advice on the matter. He also performed some remedial work which should ensure that the problem should not return. Because he charges 'by the hour', I asked him to also change a Kitchen Faucet with a replacement I had bought ( because the handle had broken ).. which he would have done, but, he pointed out to me that the Tap wasn't actually broken ( a washer had become jammed!) and he rectified the problem and I was able to return the New Tap to the shop for a refund!! Would def hire again.

I would highly recommend kacper. He was professional and polite and knows what he is doing. I had two jobs involving leaks in the kitchen sink and the bathroom and he was able to assess the problems quickly and efficiently. He explained and showed me what the problems were and kept me informed. I will hire him again if I need a plumber.

Kacper was professional in eliminating possible causes for the internal leak, identifying the source, explaining the work required, and other remedial required to ensure the system performed efficiently. He was given the job because he was thorough in his approach; obviously keen to do the work but there was no hint of the "hard sell" in outlining the various the options; also, his fees were very reasonable.
