Kacper fixed the washing machine plumbing, he also supplied and installed a new shower screen and fixed a cistern leak. Intelligent, skilled, pleasant, efficient, and good value. Kacper diagnosed a long standing shower leak - that no-one else could find the source of. Fixed it on the day agreed, worked thoroughly and made sure that everything was in working order. He initially stopped the leak then found that the joint was in fact cracked and he had to get a new part, and start again. I'm really happy with his work. He's helpful and gets on with the job with no fuss. He had to cut a hole in the plasterboard wall to access the pipes and I had thought he'd also make good, but in fact we had to leave the hole open to let it all dry out. Ideally I'd have liked him to use a protective cloth over the carpet for the plasterboard dust, but a quick hoover got it all cleaned up. Overall very happy, and I definitely would recommend Kacper.
