Gave a very specific time to arrive and turned up ten minutes early - both of which are unusual for tradesmen I've hired before. Came in, did the jobs that needed doing quickly and efficiently, didn't try to string it out. Gave good advice on how to fix non-plumbing issues with the house... generally exactly what you want of a plumber - does the job, punctual, honest and charges exactly what he tells you in advance he's going to charge.
