Mark identified cause of damp due to gaps in brickwork, blocked them up, installed a membrane and re-plastered. Other work done included having the whole room re-skimmed (14' x 11'). Quote provided following initial inspection and all work was done over the two days stated. Very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Mark.
