    Remove window & replace with double glazed door.

    Signed a contract for a low tread disabled access door to be installed, but instead, got a standard double glazed door, poor finishing, insufficient dust sheets used, so house covered in dust. Poor communication & no apologies for breaking a signed contract !!! This was a month ago & we are still waiting for the correct door to be installed, just so disappointed at the poor service in general.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Very upset with this-never had a negative review. My joiner at survey changed the threshold as customer had intimated he was fitting decking and the change was made with good intentions to try and help- unfortunately the wrong call. We have been back to change the door- customer still not 100% and are now going to fit another one with hardwood finishings to ensure customer is happy. We went over and explained why things had been done and he has accepted that they were done with the best intentions. No arguments - all discussions very pleasant and new door fitted shortly. Never want to have an unhappy customer and I trust people will see that we are endeavouring to do our bit here.Would add that other reviews show our normal standards.

    Replacing/repairing of wooden window frames
    Hired Alan and his company to install new windows in my property. Alan kept me informed throughout. The job went smoothly and quicker than had first been anticipated. Everything was left neat, tidy and clean. Would definitely use Alan and his team and would therefore highly recommend. Thanks to all.

    New uPVC windows
    Would happily recommend Paterson Home Improvements after having three old windows replaced with new upvc Windows. Also had handles changed on all other existing windows throughout the flat. Alan and his guys were top class from getting the quote to getting the work done. Competitive prices against some of the larger double glazing companies in the area but with no loss in quality. All the old windows were taken away following the work and no mess was left whatsoever. Have several more projects within the flat coming up soon and wouldn't hesitate to give Alan a call again.

    Replacing 2 windows in a 3 storey flat

    Recommended .. We used Patersons to have some double glazed windows out in a flat .. They were on time and had the job done in no time And the price was good too We would definitely use this company again And would recommend to others thinking of having doubling glazing units fitted

    Replace 3 windows in first floor tenement flat
    Great customer service from beginning to end. Does what it says on the tin. Replaced 3 windows in my flat in one day, great price, excellent job and left the place clean and tidy. Will use again.

    Install Double Glazing. 2 bay windows, 3/4 others

    Alan and his team did a great job replacing all our windows with double glazed sash and case. Very professional and tidied up every day after working. The windows are great and look good too. Very happy with the service and the results. Would definitely recommend.

    House - stair, attic and kitchen

    We asked Alan to quote for installing a new stair, flooring an attic, and installing a new kitchen (including some building work). He turned up when he said he would, listened carefully to what we asked for, and involved his architect and joiner to make sure that the spec was good. He then provided a quote that we were very happy with, and and his team completed the work to a high standard. The tradesmen kept things tidy and organised as they went along, and completed the work within the timeframe they estimated. Everything went very smoothly and we are delighted with the finished result. Would have no hesitation in recommending Paterson Home Improvements, and will definitely use them again for future work.

    Replace old with new

    We are delighted with our new replacement conservatory. Alan and his team were very helpful, hardworking and extremely polite. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.
