I have had bad experiences with builders in the past so I am a very cautious and fussy customer. Scot and his team were patient and accommodating. The work done was to a high standard and delivered what I wanted. Communication was excellent throughout and I was never left waiting long for a response to my many questions. Scot is a "can do" kind of person and overcame some challenges encountered during the work without batting an eyelid. Based on my experience, I would recommend Outdoor Living Systems to others.

We had our decking replaced and I'm extremely happy with the work done! Everything was done exactly as I wanted with constant consultation. The lads worked quickly and efficiently and were very friendly and professional. The new deck is way better than I'd imagined it could be and I love it! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

After some initial miscommunications around the date the work would be completed, Scott's team did a good job of fitting the door and tidying up after themselves.

Incredibly impressed with Outdoor living systems from start to finish. I had a badly fitted front door that I needed looked at and Scot came out had a look and showed me the reasons why it was so bad. He said he would try and rectify it but he wasn’t confident that he could do much due to the poor job the previous company had done. At no point did Scot push me to buy a new door in fact he was more than happy to at least try to fix my old door if possible. He’s a genuine honest guy who is fully qualified and knows his stuff and so I decided to get him to fit me a new door also the same useless company had fitted French doors at the rear of the house so I had Scot measure those and give me a price. He gave me a price the next day and double checked with me that everything I had selected was exactly what I wanted and after paying a deposit everything was ordered. The door I ordered would take approximately 5 weeks to be made and Scot said roughly half a day to fit. Just over 5 weeks later the doors were ready and Scot and his team came and fitted them . The guy’s working for him were very professional, everything tidied up as they went and they just cracked on with the job. The difference when the doors were finished was staggering and just looking at them you could see the quality of the fitting and finish. The doors just feel quality and are incomparable with the previous companies doors. If you want a great professional job I would highly recommend Outdoor living systems .

Scott had a very difficult management company to deal with but he persisted and eventually got the job done - I met him on the initial viewing of the job where he was thorough, professional and pleasant to deal with even though I guess this was a relatively small job for him. I cannot rate Scott and his company highly enough and would definitely recommend him to anybody needing door replacements. Gillian Davies

We are truly delighted with the new decking. Scot and Dan were lovely people and their workmanship was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to ask them to do further work when needed.
