Punctual, polite, tidy and very happy with the standard of tiling. I would definitely use Klemend and his team again. Very professional and I whole heartily recommend him.

Klemend and his team were friendly, courteous, clean and tidy and they did an excellent job. Klemend came almost straight away, he bought the specialist paint I was looking for - going considerably out of his way to get it for me and the job was done at extremely short notice and to a high standard. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to a friend and would definitely use him again if the need arises. Thanks Klemend :)

Klemend came over the same day we posted the job and said he could start the next day. We didn't realise that Klemend was a middleman who did not do the work himself but hired others and took a fee for this. On a self build where we are on site building all the time, sub-contracting to someone who themselves subcontracts is not ideal. We had to deal with issues with the job on the phone with Klemend rather than dealing directly with the plasterers. Communication got heated at times especially when Klemend wanted to renegotiate the price halfway through the job and we felt forced to pay an extra £200. When Klemend's labour for mixing the plaster didn't turn up we had to use our labourers to fill-in, taking them off other jobs. Ultimately the plasterer Klemend hired - Arnie - did an excellent job and the plaster looks great but one of his other plasterers left the job halfway through so it took longer than agreed and caused us quite a lot of aggravation along the way.

Excellent. Very professional all round, not only provided a competitive quote but also provided advice and options which had not been considered without being pushy. Klemand always kept in touch and even when we had to move the start date was able to accommodate. Both Klemand and Oleg were polite, courteous and knowledgeable, and worked well together. The end result showed what pride they take in their work. Would recommend. It's gents like these that put the faith back into tradesmen

Klemend just completed my bathroom tiling and I am very happy with the job! He was always on time, professional, helpful and went that extra mile to make sure the job was completed on time and to a high standard. I would highly recommend him!

Klemend Came to view the work which i needed doing plaster and tile the small bathroom.. He sent a plasterer as agreed and he work very professional hard working, tidy and polite. He assured me he would come again today to do the tiling and he kept his word, I like the fact that klemend is clear in what he has to do and his prices reflect in his work. i have no hesitation to recommend Klemend and his team of workers to you. Klemend was extremely professional, tidy and quick, he was very helpful and a joy to hire, his charges were also very competitive. I strongly recommend him for any tiling that you need done. I will definitely use him again for future projects and he will be the first I contact.
