Klemend was an excellent worker. He always arrived on time, responded immediately to any questions i had and even helped me get a reduced price for my tiles. The bathroom floor looks fabulous and is just what I wanted. Full marks!

Klemend was extremely professional and a straight-talker who immediately instilled confidence. Once we agreed on a date he completed the job (three bathroom floors) in two and a half days, all the while talking me through the process. The end result was so good that I have already hired him for further work within the house.

I am very pleased with Klemend and his workmanship. He arrived on time- 5 mins early actually!- and before starting discussed all aspects of the job to agree with me what needed doing. It was clear that he takes pride in his work and not just rushing to finish and get paid. He did not “mark up” the cost of materials that he provided, even showed me where I could make economies without affecting the final result. He cleared up as he worked, and left the place neat and tidy after he finished. I already have more work for him, and would readily recommend him for this type of work. Overall, a very satisfied customer! 5 Star!
