Ilir and his team did 2 bathroom renovations inside Edwardian flat for me this summer. Span from 22 May until 18 June. Overall: I’m very happy with the work and the end result, I’ve been using this bathroom for a week now and no issues so far, 10/10! More details: I had a very good experience working with Ilir: He knows his stuff very well and was able to explain to customers what exactly he will do and how he will deliver, very professional and helpful (+ extremely responsive on every query or concern one may have), which truely made him stands out from other renovators who offered similar price from the beginning. What worked well was that the team offered a fixed price from beginning to finish. No surprised extra charge speaking from my experience. And they work from 8am-4pm pretty much every working days. I am very happy with the finished bathrooms and anyone (including all different builders) who walked in are all amazed by the craftsmanship!

Ilir comnpletely stripped my existing wet / shower room, tanked, lined, sealed and retiled it in just 1.5 weeks to a very high standard. He is justifiably proud of his craftsmanship and lives by the motto "solutions not problems". He and his team were very punctual and hardworking. Communication was excellent.

Excellent work and very happy with my 84 yr old mum’s new walk in bath, vanity unit, and tiling. Lovely transformation. llir kept us informed of progress and gave good advice on suggested tiling styles which looks great. And as a goodwill gesture layed some new lino for the floor! He tided up each day so there was no after work mess. Very nice person. Also very understanding and patient as we had issues with late delivery of the bath with a particular company. Would definitely recommend llir. He”s already impressed one of my mum’s neighbour’s who took his contact details!

Klem was professional, transparent and efficient throughout. He stuck to budget and schedule and we are really pleased with the end result. I would recommend him for anyone wanting a bathroom refresh with a high quality finish for a reasonable cost.
