I recently hired craig for a problem with my radiator. He did a great job and even managed to come only 1 hour after we spoke on the phone. Very friendly, efficient, and reasonable. I will definetly hire him again if i have any other problems in the future!

Very pleased with this job, especially as I needed a new plumber (my previous one having emigrated). Craig (who works in alliance with Martin) was enthusiastic, and very polite on the phone, which made a good impression, and also sounded confident in his work. He was very flexible with timings, and came at the weekend. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and Craig took the time to show me what he'd done and how. He is friendly and clearly enjoys his work, and I would definitely hire again.

The work (repositioning of ceiling light) was done on time and exactly as it was explained it was going to be done (no nasty surprises there!). They were very efficient and polite. I would use them again without hesitation.

Another happy customer under Martin's belt here. After an initial mix-up with the agreed time, they came on time and got to work immediately. Turned out his colleague that came with him was his dad, making it a truly family trade. Very generous with their knowledge as I was asking a bit too many questions and being a bit of a hindrance, but they were patient with their explanations. Highly recommended. Will and am hiring again.

Mario Kudmany and his son installed a new oven and undertook the tricky job of adjusting an existing housing to fit it. Mario was extremely resourceful and obtained some great brushed steel infill panels.

Martin was friendly, efficient and ended up saving us money by fixing our current thermostat and replacing the cracked fascia rather than encouraging us to fork out for a newer, more expensive one. Very reasonably priced and ended up doing another job as well whilst he was there. Would definitely recommend if you live in the West London area.

Martin came to my house on time, quoted for the job then sorted it out there and then. Fantastic service.
