Martin was punctual and polite. He was very thorough and made quick work of identifying and solving my little problems. He explained what needed to be done and why without any fuss, drama or exaggeration (which I've experienced with less reputable tradespeople in the past). He even cleaned up afterwards! :) I would definately use him again, he has been added to my phone book, and I would not hesitate to recommend him. Job was done very neatly, and on time.
