Mario & team came on time. Explained what they were to do and did it efficiently. All were very professional, pleasant and answered my questions. They were also very diligent in checking not just the piece of work they were hired to do but the surrounding wiring, making sure they're all safe too. Finished and made good, leaving my place tidy. Recommend.

Craig was prompt, reliable and friendly. He quickly identified the problem, gave me a very reasonable quote and fixed the problem there and then without any hassle or fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone and I will certainly call on him for any future problems.

Punctual, polite and thorough. Very impressed indeed, and will certainly go first to Craig with any future plumbing problems. He spent over an hour removing and replacing my duff tap with a much better version, and was polite and friendly throughout, to me and my wife. I've half a mind to break another tap, so as to get him back here.

Craig was very pro-active in arranging a suitable time to come and do the job and promptly came round to assess and make a firm quote. When he came to do the work he did everything in a highly professional manner and even when the shower value I had bought was not actually deep enough to fit cleanly through the wall he went the extra mile to rectify the situation. I cannot recommend Craig highly enough.

Excellent work from Mario and Martin. They came to quote for the work very promptly, I also found a few others things that needed fixing as well (changing a ceiling light to a pendant fitting, fitting a new bathroom light and fixing a plug socket). Mario explained that they wouldn't be able to do the woodwork under the sink nor the painting (which was fine as it was my mistake to put everything on the same job request). They were able to come to do the job on the day that coincided with my father being at the property so it meant I didn't need to take time off work. I would definitely recommend them and will be my first port of call for any other work I need doing on that flat.

I am the landlord to this property and organised this repair remotely. Martin was quick to respond, turned up at the stated time and did exactly what was asked, and at the quoted price. We had an understanding that the parts were extra, and they came in at a good price. My tenants said he was prompt, thorough, polite, clean and able. And to quote - they "were very impressed to be honest". Will definitely have MK Electrical on my list of contacts. Thank you

Called in the morning and job carried out in the afternoon; arrived at time stated, work done quickly and neatly at the price agreed (£115 including parts). Would recommend.
