what a lovely young chap young Tom Springthorpe is to take time with me to discus what would be best for me in my circumstances with the wood worm and what I wanted for my floor, I had to wait for the inspection but I'm glad I did and the fact that I had to wait I think is testament to how hard working and reliable the company is, I would have no problem recommending them to my neighbours and friends... Excellent service. We received very friendly and professional help. We suffered from damp issues for several years, and did not know that over night the issue can be resolved! Once we had the damp system installed, we saw instant results that there was no condensation on my windows the next morning. Very happy to go the extra mile and help with any other issues we have had around the house. Very reliable and committed team. I had a response straight away and within the week I was evaluated, booked in and job done. Very pleased with the results, and very happy with the new contact. Tom turned when he said he would offering a full explanation of what we had in our hands. His passion comes across very strong and I felt he bought into the idea of what we had in mind for our end goal. His knowledge is extensive of what was going on and what would likely happen once our work was complete. He took the time to explain what he was doing at each stage keeping us in the loop. He provided us with various solutions and what he could do without being pushy or overbearing with getting the job. Not once did we feel pressured or forced to have him take on our work. Tom himself is an incredibly friendly guy who I felt very at ease with leaving alone in our house. He made sure he left everything as he found it. I would recommend him to take on most aspects of home renovation. His taste in music is also top notch!

Tom has done a very large job for me and I am pleased with the results. He always comes across as being professional and has worked late on many occasions to get things finished.

Damp proofing and condensation. Gary came to survey my property as there were patches of black mould on the walls and there was also a condensation problem. The survey indicated there was indeed a damp problem on all of the outside walls and some interior walls. On Gary's recommendation I had a ventilation system installed several weeks before work started. The walls were tested again before work started, some showed no sign of damp and there was no condensation. This meant the job would not cost as much as the original quote so they refunded the difference, I don't think many builders would do that. I would definitely recommend the system. Each step of the process was explained. At the end of each day they made sure both inside and outside the house were clean and tidy before they left. I also had some electrical issues that Gary sorted out. Fitting the skirting back to the curved walls in the kitchen proved a challenge for Tom. He persevered until he was satisfied with the fitting. Tom, Gary and Alison are totally committed to deliver an excellent standard of work. They are professional, enthusiastic, friendly and honest people. I cannot fault the work carried out. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone who had a damp problem. Thank you. Sue

Tom agreed a suitable time which fitted in with my work commitments,he communicate very well kept me updated and also called me a a few days after the job was completed to make sure I was not facing any problems .. definitely went the extra mile the work it's self was neat and tidy no mess Thank you Tom and Dad

I posted a add on here which was a damp smell in my 4yr olds room. No other tradesman would have a look or respond to my add apart from tom, not only did he respond he rang me and we had a chat about the situation and his advice was very reassuring and insisted to come round and double check for us and he did, what a lovely gentleman, he had a look at our issues and with his experience and knowledge knew exactly what it was and advised us on actions to take , all this was no charge by tom when others would charge £100. Honestly can't thank tom enough and if we ever need a damp specialist or plaster work it will be this guy we call on , i would recommend a 100 percent. Thank you tom

Very friendly and professional approach. Open and honest appraisal of the job. Arrived on time and took care to protect surrounding area while completing the work. Tidied up afterwards and reasonably priced.

Completed work to a good standard and contacted an experienced roofer to get to the root of the problem. After several years and numerous different companies trying to sort my damp out, I now have a dry house!
