Quick to respond. Scheduled in a timely manner and carried out to budget with minimum of fuss.

MD roofing did a neat job as agreed and pointed out other work that was necessary, that they carried out with my agreement, they tidied up thoroughly and I am happy with the work done.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Douglas and his team were great. I was kept informed about when the job would be done. Was shown before and after pictures of the repair. They tidied up after the job was completed and extra work needed that was discovered on the day was completed for no additional charge.

Came to see the roof the day we posted as it was urgent, quoted same day and came 2 days later. Did the job swiftly and no messing around.

We never once felt expenses, cost or our payment was ever a priority to them. The work that Douglas and his Team carried out for us would not have been anywhere even close to the level of most of the work that they have undertaken or cost a fraction to some of the project that they have overseen but we still felt just as important and they still carried out there work with the same work rate, the same commitment and the same enthusiasm and we was provided with just the exact same high quality standard or product and services. 10/10

Arrived ahead of advised time. Shown all work that need to be carried out, the lads worked hard and got the job finished in a timely manner. Tidied after themselves. Shown work in photographs as well as explaining what they had done. Very polite, a pleasure to deal with.

I found MD Roofing Specialists through My Builder. com having failed to find a local roofer, he arrived on time to give me an estimate. Having had a talk about what I wanted, he showed me photos of work he had done, he then gave me a price. The price I thought was fare, a date was fixed to start. Skip and scaffolding turned up on time, the next day the roofers arrived. These lads then started stripping the tiles, they didn’t stop for hours, unfortunately there was a lot of dust and noise but it could not have been avoided. Next came the new laths and tiles. The roof was transformed but that was not all, then came the soffits and fascias this took the roof to another level 100%, looks great, best on street. The lads worked very hard and I am over the top with the result. I would and will highly recommend MD Roofing Specialists to anyone 10/10. Mr. Eller

Got a quote for a large number of small jobs. Capping off chimney, flashing & spalling around chimney stack, repointing the ridge tiles and repointing the edges. Was offered a competitive price, and the job was done in a timely fashion. First date was cancelled due to weather, but Douglas came to the property anyway to be sure.

Very friendly roofer. Came shortly after he picked the job. He had a look and offered to do the job straight away. The job done on that day. Professional work. I am very happy, he offered to review if any problem happened. Highly recommended Jasim
