Dug was extremely professional from start to finish. He came out straight away to look at the job, he took photos and explained the problem. Dug carried out the work within a couple of days to a high standard and always kept me informed of what was done with photos of the completed works. Would highly recommend 10/10.

Very fast response to my enquiry, Mr Ward phoned, discussed our roof problem, and agreed to come to our house to repair/replace/refit the ridge tile the same day. On inspection, there was additional damage to tiling and lead sheeting on chimney. We agreed a price and the work was carried out, we viewed before/after pics of the chimney and ridge tiling and were very pleased with the work done, and with the 5yr written guarantee. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Ward . Both he and his assistant were very pleasant, polite, and explained carefully what they found on initial inspection and what action they were taking.
