Arrived when he said he would, considering that he had to travel some distance - clean and tidy after the job, did what he said he would do, for a price that was very reasonable. Pleasant & courteous team, I would recommend him and will use him again. Great job.

MD Roofing are fantastic! After months of trying to get a roofer to replace mine and my neighbours flat roofs (4 in total) I placed an add. Douglas came round promptly after we initially spoke on the phone. He gave a fair quote for all the work and got on the job quickly once we gave him the go ahead. The work that was done was done to a very high standard by a professional team. Both me and my neighbour are very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend Douglas at MD Roofing.

Quote and work completed on the day

Douglas and his colleagues lost no time in assessing the job and Douglas agreed a price with me on the same visit. The work was then completed within a few days of the quote. The trade's men knew their job and the work was done using good quality materials and to a good standard. Local roofers were generally booked up into January 2021 and I'm glad my home is now leak proof with the amount of rain we've had since then and no doubt further storms to come. Please note Douglas and the company really do insist on payment on completion so a bit of planning is needed if the job is £1000 plus for example. I was ill between the quote and work and had to sort out the payment while waiting on phone lines. Caused some stress between us but sorted same day. May be better to give 3 or 5 working days for payment as after all where is the payee going to go? Plus given its roofing MD Roofing Specialist can always return and remove their materials without needing internal access for any fraudsters which again isn't likely with private customers.

Douglas answered to the post in a timely manner and his team were very professional on the day, they talked me through the repair which needed completing there and then and nothing was to much trouble, even had a follow up call to check on the work. GREAT JOB!! and would recommend!!

It was a job that needed doing urgently (bare wood on bay window roof after lead sheeting fell off). I was pleased that Douglas turned up when expected to quote, and then arrived to do the job on the agreed day, just ahead of a storm arriving. He provided a written quote. The job got finished on the day, looks neat and there are no problems. Thanks
