I hired Matthew and his team to carry out some ground clearance in my back garden to make it ready for me to install astro turf, decking and paving. His team of Chris, Gareth and Ryan, did a great job, working extremely hard in some pretty rubbish weather, they filled and cleared 4 skips in two days then went on to build a wall, raise a manhole cover, and backfill and compact the whole area. I would definately use their services again, and thouroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a good reasonably priced builder. Matthew provides an honest quotation, with all aspects of the work itemised, so it's clear what you're getting for your cash.

Matthew repaved the front entrance of the house for us. The work was very professional and to a very good standard. The place was left in a clean state after departure. Would use again in the future.

The Job was done on time, the workmen were clean, reliable, skilled and the workmanship was of a high quality. The price was very fair and I would have no problem using Mathew and his team again.

We spoke to 3 different builders before choosing Matthew's Building Services and are confident we made the right decision. Their quote wasn't the cheapest but nor was it the most expensive. Matthew came to the house and had a good look at our roof and took the time and trouble to trouble-shoot and pin-point the real source of the problem. His builders have now repaired our flat roof, and it looks much better than it ever did before. They also capped our facias with PVC, and we are really pleased with the job they did, it's very neat even round all the awkward steps in the exterior walls that we have. Matthew's Building Services are friendly, helpful and professional and I recommend them unreservedly.
