We were looking for someone to help install EPDM on our garage roof after installing new joists ourselves. Matt responded within a few minutes and offered to come and quote the next day. Matt responded within about 20 minutes of me posting the job and came to look about an hour later. A refreshing change to other roofers that have either not responded to messages or have not turned up as arranged. There were a few issues that Matt and his son worked on within 2 days of coming to assess the job. The leaking roof has so far not leaked again. Other issues will take a little time to make sure they are resolved, but Matt told us to contact him if we have any further problems and he will come back round to sort.

Very fast response to enquiry, great comms. Arrived and secured a dangerous slate. Due to position of cracked slate scaffold is required and is ongoing job.
