They did a great job and were really quick to come out and provide a quote, and then did the work promptly and to a great standard.

Couldn’t carry out work due to wet weather. I cancelled it. Communication was excellent.

After a delay waiting for materials which were out of stock at the builders merchant, job was quickly completed. All works carried out as outlined with full explanations as work progressed. Repair was for leaking behind parapet wall, naturally I need some bad weather to see if repair has been a success. A couple if weeks on and loafs of rain-dty ad a bone, niece that's what i call "job done". Great work and thanks

good but the price given , changed, chap didn't know a detached house has 2 gullys. a good job done but I could have got it £100 less,

Lancashire Roofing was quick to respond, assess, and repair the issues with our roof. Matt and the crew were great to chat with and did a good job of breaking down the problem before repairing it. They were very responsive when I contacted them and repaired my roof in a timely manner once they had assessed the job. They also walked me through the costs of everything upfront, so there were no surprise costs. I would be happy to contract them again.

Lancashire roofing was very quick to respond to my post. They agreed to come and see me the next day at 10am and they arrived on time. The roofer was called Matt and he first reviewed the issue from inside the room. He suspected my issue was to do with eave trays but was not certain until he gets on to the roof. I already had scaffolding up and therefore Matt was able to get on to the roof straight away. He was able to identify the issue straight away and the issue was that i did not have any eave trays put into my roof by the previous person who did my roof, this was causing the leak. I was able to negotiate a price with Matt which was reasonable and affordable and he carried out the work straight away for me. I am hoping the issue has now been resolved but will wait until it rains again and monitor the situation. Matt and his team were very professional and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend Lancashire Roofing to anyone who has an issue with their roof.

Avoid. Despite assurances he would return to fix the downpipe they never did. All talk and no action and I'm going to have to get someone out to check their work and make sure it's done properly.
