Matt came to quote us at the time we'd agreed. They were honest and open with a clear picture of how the work would be done, mapping the placement of the vent tiles etc. During the time we took to pick them out from several other roofers, there was no pressure selling and they came out on top with a competetive quote and an impressive turnaround for getting us booked in for the work. The work was done quickly over two days as agreed. The scaffolding was put up a few days began and was due to come down the following day after completion. Matt and 5 others came to do the work. They were polite and respectful of me, my wife, who was in during the work and our neighbours. They worked through rain to make sure we weren't without a roof longer than needs be. Everything was installed as explained. Matt and others on the team were happy to answer any questions we had. They arrived on time and cleaned up. Michael made sure some tiles that got broken were fixed fast, no fuss.
