We had a new combi boiler installed and moved to another location. Our water tank and old boiler were removed and new thermostatic radiator valves were fitted. After getting 3 quotes, we decided to go with Terry because he had the most technical knowledge and transparent break down of cost. He provided us with options on different types boiler as well as his own recommendations. Having little knowledge of boilers and installation, we were dependent on his ideas and suggestions. The work took a total of 2.5 days to complete. Each day, Terry was punctual. He managed to work with least disruption to the house. He was very neat and tidy, ensuring he'd lay down dust sheets before he started. He was very careful with our furniture. Every day he left the house tidy. Since we both work, we had to leave Terry in the house on his own but he continually kept us informed of any developments which gave us confidence and peace of mind. We are really happy with the quality of Terry's work. He is highly skilled, committed and hard working. He has been very professional throughout the job and we would happily hire him again as well as recommend him to family and friends.

Terry came around when promised, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and set out all the costs and likely implications of the work clearly in advance. His quote was reasonable too. When it came to the work, he worked to a very high standard, came up with really good solutions to the few problems I did encounter, and was very tidy and efficient. I have 100% confidence in his work and his advice. He is also a very pleasant and reasonable bloke. I would not hesitate to hire him again, or indeed to recommend him to anyone who wants work done to an excellent standard.

Terry removed my older boiler and installed new combi boiler. His work is high quality, fast and efficient. The whole job was completed within the quoted 2 days time period. He cleaned up properly after the completion. He was also very fast in answering enquiries. I would highly recommend him for any boiler installation works.

Terry was reliable and helpful and carried out the work as requested. We made a few slight changes to the original job before work started and he was flexible and happy to work around this. He also helped us to fix an unexpected water pipe leak which occurred a few days before the job was due to start by arranging for his colleague to attend at short notice which was much appreciated. We would be happy to use Terry (and Luke) again.

I can completely honestly say that Terry was by far the best person who came round to my flat and gave me a very comprehensive quote and made me completely comfortable with what he was saying and giving me options. When it came to do the work he was again very professional and kept the flat very clean when they left for the evening. He told me it would take 2.5 days and that is exactly the time it took. He was very good and I would have no hesitation in recommending him at all.

Terry installed a new combi boiler and radiators. The job was not altogether straight forward but Terry was extremely competent in solving the problems. Terry is an expert in his field. A true professional who takes pride in his work, is reliable and provides a first class service. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Terry if you need a heating engineer. I am very happy with the work he did for me and I'll certainly be hiring him again in the future.

Terry quoted a good price for replacing and moving 5 radiators and he stuck to his quote when he visited the property. He was very professional and knowledgable and explained the technical issues very clearly. He always arrived on time and did a very neat job for us on the day. We would definitely recommend him and in fact has him looking at another job for us right now.

Terry was superb and did a great job. Helped us choose the right boiler for our requirements and then did a great job of taking away the old one and fitting the new. He priced the job very fairly, turned up on time and was very tidy, professional and courteous. Friendly and helfpful. I would definitely use Terry again and recommend him to anyone looking for a boiler/central heating expert.

Honest guy, which compared to the other quotes I had was great!! answered all questioned and gave detailed quote with complete details of what he had to do. On the job Terry and apprentice Luke were hard working and took 1 break at lunch and worked 8-6ish every day to get job done in alloted time, great to work with, went over and above expectations. After the Job Terry popped in on way home a couple of days later to check all was in Order. Will be calling on Terry for any future heating requirements.

Terry was very approachable and helpful.He completed a combi boiler installation within a day.He was very understanding despite of the hundreds of questions I asked him. Price was reasonable, I received a gas certificate and installation comes with a 5 year workship guarantee. I would recommend Terry to anyone, in fact I already did !
