Terry has done a great job. One is always a bit nervous about hiring a tradesman for the first time. Having got in a number of quotes I decided to go with Terry. I had the impression that he was reliable and competent. He did the job on time within the timescale. I am happy with his advice on the boiler and the work done installing it. Terry is very knowledgeable, polite and professional He took our desperate call on a Sunday evening and came round very quickly to work out what the problem was. He got us up and running with a temporary fix whilst we waited for parts to arrive and then called us to agree a time suitable to complete the job. Terry was very open about the costs at the start (which were very competitive) and always explained what he was doing and was happy to answer any questions we had. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to others, and will certainly use him for any other work we need doing. Don't be fooled by others on this site offering ridiculously cheap quotes before they have even seen the job. Terry knows what he is doing and is well worth the call

Terry is an excellent certified plumber and gas engineer! He is very knowledgeable, professional and a nice friendly guy who exceeds expectations. We hired him to remove an old combi boiler and install a new Vaillant Combi Pro boiler. He did a great job with the piping work, he is neat and takes great pride in his work. He is punctual, efficient and has every respect for your property - laying out dust sheets and cleaning up afterwards. His prices were competitive and his hours are flexible to suit your convenience. He is also a Vaillant accredited installer whom can offer extended warranty which was a huge bonus for us! I have no hesitation recommending Terry as he is the type of person you can trust and know with confidence that he will get the job done! I will definitely be using him again for all ongoing servicing and maintenance call outs.

Terry came when he said he would and fitted a complete new heating system , and an accumalator to give us good pressure though-out the house . He was always pleasant and helpful ,and his charge was as per his quotation . I would recommend Terry whole-heartedly .

Terry is a really friendly top quality plumber and we will definitely be calling him again if we need any plumbing work done in the future. We asked Terry to take out our old faulty gas boiler and hot water cylinder and replumb in a new boiler (Worcester Bosch) that could cope with doing the heating and hot water for a 5 bedroom victorian house. Terry's quote was very competitive, comes with an installation guarantee and he was very polite and efficient. He also put controls on all of the radiators so that we have better control over which rooms in the house we heat. His installation looks very neat and the new pipework is very tidy. The boiler is working beautifully. All in all a very good plumber who is reasonably priced, efficient, well qualified and friendly.

Terry did a great job fitting a new boiler for us - very neat workmanship. He has also been really helpful in helping us get to the bottom of some complicated problems with our system resulting from a bad job by a different plumber a couple of years ago. Friendly, reliable, good value - I will definitely use him again.
