Terry came and fixed the gas pipe in my kitchen yesterday which had been contributing to the larger problem he identified on his first visit. I found him, as before, scrupulous and brilliant at fixing the problem. He noticed another small problem with my boiler so I suspect I will be asking him to come again sooner rather than later. I would recommend him to anyone (though hopefully he'll still be available if I need to call him!)

I called Terry out for a boiler issue, it turned out that there was no issue at all. Terry was extremely polite and professional and didn't charge me as there was nothing to resolve. I would highly recommend him and would use him again if I had another problem.
