Bruce and his colleague were hired to redesign our garden and we paid them almost £3k for it. Unfortunately, we're not at all happy with the quality of their work and therefore cannot recommend them for the following reasons: - One of the trellises they put up fell down with a bit of wind three weeks ago because they were not secured properly. Despite promising to come and fix it, he never showed up and we've heard nothing from him since. - It's clear that they used the cheapest materials they could get away with across the piece and their finish is also very poor - for example, they replaced the steps leading to our back gate with new slabs (one of which is cracked) but they didn't finish the edges off properly, just covered them with gravel, so it's now quite hazardous as you can lose your footing stepping near it. - They tried to cover most of the garden with cheap gravel instead of shaping and edging the lawn area to follow the shape of the garden as we wanted and then asked for more money to change it. - They didn't prepare the ground properly before laying gravel in some areas and now there are weeds growing through the membrane. We now know from more reputable landscaper that we were charged way over the odds for what we got so feel rather ripped off. We trusted their judgement as we thought they were professionals but we were wrong and have learned from it. I would therefore advice anyone thinking of hiring these guys to think very carefully before doing so.

Krystal Landscapes did a good quality job with great attention to detail and a fantastic result. The guys were friendly, polite and made every effort to satisfy our needs and desires with a fine result.

Krystal Landscapes did an excellent job block paving my front garden. Bruce is a good listener, and any problems along the way was dealt with quickly and professionally. We employed Bruce initially to block pave a small section of the garden. We ended up asking Bruce to complete the whole garden, and next door neighbour liked it so much, they had their whole garden block paved as well!

Bruce and his team were outstanding from the start and we are extremely happy. We were quite demanding and specific about what we wanted but nothing was too much trouble. All work was carried out to a high standard and the garden now looks amazing, I wish I could add photos! A huge thank you to the team and we would highly recommend to family and friends and we will be using krystal landscapes when we need further work done.

Bruce was a great guy, straight forward and executed what was discussed. Team managed to complete the work within agreed time scales. Would use again......

Great job and done on time

Fantastic work - very fast, quoted within 2 days and work complete within a week from posting the job. All materials arrived and work done in one morning. Gravel looks lovely, and the border brickwork is excellent. Thank you very much!

Bruce came to plant our trees but proved far more resourceful than that, taking on over 400 metres of post and rail fencing, horse menage work, hanging lots of gates and brick laying work. Bruce and his team were excellent, very professional in what they were doing and all done to a great standard. We changed things several times but it wasn't a problem for Bruce, they just got on and sorted everything. Would highly recommend, especially for any equestrian work needed.
