This was a challenging job that was professionally completed by an affable and diligent company. A pleasure to deal with Bruce and I will definitely consider using them again.

I must say we were totally blown away with the end result to our newly landscaped garden. Bruce has an infectious enthusiasm, and with his passion was the prime reason we went with him over others. He and his team, are hard working and conscientious and their attention to detail was second to none. They are all very friendly, polite and nothing is too much trouble. Their one aim is to do a really great job and make you happy. We would and have already recommended him to friends and family.

Bruce and his team from Krystal Landscapes has transformed our garden and has made it a pleasure to walk up the path. Low maintainable as we wanted it to be yet lots of evergreen planting to look good all year round. He was very accommodating, totally trustworthy and checked with me throughout the project. He was able to work to our specification and improve on our ideas. We will be asking for a quote for another job in the new year 😀

Fantastic experience with Bruce. I was really impressed. It was work at an elderly lady's home and he was professional, polite and punctual. Bruce is the kind of person who is willing to do the job the right way and not cut corners and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him. He really wants to do the best for you, even if it's a small job or fixing other people's mistakes. Thank you so much Bruce.

Great friendly team, listened to what we wanted and flexible when we changed the design. Did have to chase a couple of times to come back to complete the jobs, but we did add extra from initial quote. Really nice people to have in your home. The finished work looks amazing much better than we could have imagined.

I hired Krystal Landscapes to revamp my whole back garden with decking and fencing. The garden was in a very bad state and was cleared completely by Bruce and his colleagues. Bruce gave some good ideas on the design for the garden and was also open to any changes I requested and was keen to see if I was happy with the work by checking in on a regular basis. The work completed was carried out to a great standard. I am now thoroughly happy with the way the garden now looks and my family are shocked at the difference from how it used to look.

Bruce and team came in to revamp our garden with new patios, sleeper beds, artificial grass and new fencing. So a complete overhaul. Bruce made suggestions with new ideas, which added to the overall finish. We changed the design slightly as the job progressed, and Bruce was happy to accommodate the changes. The team were always on time, and did what they said they would do. They were very polite, and kept the area tidy. We are delighted with our new garden. The standard of work is very good and has surpassed our expectations. We would and have recommended Bruce and very much enjoyed their company.

We hired Krystal Landscapes to revamp our whole garden with decking, a new lawn and to replace our fencing. It was in a mess and they had to work very hard to clear all unwanted fencing, tree roots, unruly bushes and rubble before any work could be started. Unfortunately at the start of the job Bruce and his team were hampered by bad weather, however they all worked extremely hard to complete the work even though it took longer than scheduled. Bruce was very open to any changes we requested and all the work completed was carried out to a very high standard. The garden now looks amazing and we are very pleased in what they achieved. From completing our garden our next door neighbour also hired them to replace their fencing and we asked them to build and replace our back gate, which we are very happy with and now completes our garden perfectly. A huge thank you to Bruce and his team who performed a miracle in transforming our garden. We would highly recommend to family and friends.

Took the job and deposit knowing what was to be done. Waited 5 to 6 weeks for them to come to start then turned up and said was not happy to do work any more as not sure he could do it properly!!! Now having to start all over again to get job done.

Although we initially hired Krystal Landscapes we have mutually decided against using them for several reasons: 1 - they never came through with anything in writing to give us a breakdown of their verbal quote. This was despite several reminders from us and promises from them that they would drop it off. 2- having to chase them for a response after they said they would get back to us and didn't 3 - I appreciate that Bruce may currently have personal reasons for not being able to go ahead with our job at present but it has been a disappointing saga since April when they first came to see us as they were due to start next week. We have lost 2 months and now have to start again.
